		<description>I don&#039;t really understand what you are yelling about? This is a premim service for qualified customers. They know how to login and do not use dots in passwords. And they have a spare ink cartridge or even a spare printer at hand, don&#039;t you know that? And after the ticket purchase, when their browser is logged out with an error, they know they should log in again (without the dot!) and print. Again you sound like you were not in this IT business...&lt;br /&gt;And the paper is absolutely necessary. How on Earth can you imagine the controller to rubber-stamp your notebook screen?</description>
