Organization with Potential

There’s one thing which differentiates organizations with potential from those which are dead ends. It has nothing to do with the quality of the current system – it can be better or worse, doesn’t really matter. However, it has much to do with the way the company would change in the future.

The thing is:

The way the organization learns from its mistakes.

If your company/team/whatever is willing to take the lesson from mistakes which are made it’s worth to stick with it. Other way you’d end up with the same old shit you already have. Nothing special I guess.
