True, we need some simplified procedures to make sysadmin in the company bright but not stuck with tons of emails &quot;want RAM&quot;, &quot;get me new computer&quot;, &quot;my vista hangs&quot; etc.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The point is that these processes must be built with easiness for both company and people. So, while building processes and procedures we should look both ways.</description>
