True, we need some simplified procedures to make sysadmin in the company bright but not stuck with tons of emails "want RAM", "get me new computer", "my vista hangs" etc.<br/><br/>The point is that these processes must be built with easiness for both company and people. So, while building processes and procedures we should look both ways. It’s actually the matter of building the proper processes in the company.
