I run a growing PR firm and have to learn to just put things away that are not really important to client outcomes and the generation of revenue for our company. We use a SaaS project management software  (http://www.vertabase.com) to manage the multiple projects. But even thought the system is great I have to get rid of the noise to get down to the work that is required.  Keep at it Paul!</description>
