Some posts about the basics of managing junior developers for the first time would be valuable to me. Hi. Great blog overall. We do have customers in the US and things are just different when dealing with local banks. Here everything moving in a very fast pace, documentations always come after delivery and we do alot of ad-hoc support and development works just to meet the dateline.
