The Kanban Story Presentation

This is a slide deck I used at my session at Agile Central Europe conference last week titled The Kanban Story – Ups and Downs of Implementing Kanban. You can also use it as a recommendation if you look for a good movie to watch. Enjoy.

Cool, very clever to combine the presentation of your text with movie titles. Well done, thanks for sharing :-)

Thanks. Unfortunately I tend to speak pretty long on every slide which means slides alone don’t deliver much of my message. Actually 14 slides (I don’t count title and ending) for an hour-long talk are below average. It works for me though.

The movie theme emerged from Kanban is not enough slide which reminded mi the classic James Bond movie and besides a couple of slides it was much fun to build connections between the presentation and movies.

Record your whole presentation so we won’t miss anything :-) Great slides anyway.

Well, it looks like it’s going to be my first presentation available for watching in both in English and in Polish. Thanks.

Looking forward to seeing them (especially in Polish).

Pawel, I loved your presentation so much I featured it on my blog and I am in the process of ‘experimenting’ with Kanban on one of my own project teams.

Thanks Josh. I’ve seen it. I waited long enough with republishing the video on my site that you’ve done it first.
