Hi, I’m Pawel Brodzinski and I’m your host.

Software Project Management is a blog dedicated to all issues related to managing software projects. You can find here a range of topics including but not limited to project management, software development, team building and managing a software company.

My whole professional life is tightly related to building software but I was never attached to a single role. If you choose anything between junior quality engineer and C-level exec (including both of them) I probably did it.

I’m passionate about great teams, solving project management issues and building software users like. I love good discussions on these topics but if you want to know the easiest way to make me smile just buy me a beer.
